No prior experience is needed! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

What if I can't make the free session?
When you book your class you will be sent a link which you can use to cancel or reschedule. So don't worry about it, just pick the option you think is going to be best and change it later if you need to do so.
Are there any age restrictions?
Currently, we have availability for adult classes. If you're interested in children's classes, please contact us to be added to our waiting list.

How often should I train?
You are free to attend as frequently or as infrequently as you like. Generally the more you train the faster you will improve so try and get to class if you can! However, you can adjust your schedule based on your personal goals and availability.

After your free class, our staff will discuss membership options with you and help you choose a plan that fits your needs and schedule. You can also sign up online via our website if you prefer.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a positive attitude. We’ll take care of the rest, including any necessary training equipment for your first class.
What if I have injuries or medical conditions?
Please inform our instructors of any injuries or medical conditions before starting. We can modify exercises to suit your needs.
